Progress Against the Plan

Following the approval of the new strategic plan by the Board of Visitors in December 2022, the George Mason community officially began the implementation phase. Since then, leaders from across the university have been working to operationalize the plan.

Work towards the plan's Actions and Outcomes is being tracked via the collection of progress reports and publication of a series of dashboards tracking KPIs. 

The Strategic Direction Dashboard Informational Sheet provides more details about the dashboards' purpose, access, data, definitions, and a quick guide to using PowerBI.

The dashboards on this page are available to faculty and staff once they have logged in to PowerBI with their George Mason single sign-on credentials. If you are unable to log in, PDF copies are available below. 

The dashboards above, as well as additional dashboards illustrating progress against the Outcomes in each Priority, are also available on the Strategic Direction Data Tracking SharePoint site.
