Strategic Planning Timeline

STEP 1: CONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN, SEPT-NOV 2021 - kickoff meeting, Working group and steering committee SWOT sessions, Stakeholder Interviews, focus groups, and survey begin in October and conclude November 30. STEP 2: ANALYZE DATA FROM ENVIRONMENTAL SCAN - NOVEMBER ’21-FEBRUARY ’22 - analyze data from environmental scan and SWOT, Draft Stakeholder Insights report, Vision and mission session. STEP 3: STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT, JAN - MARCH ’22 - series of working group and steering committee sessions to identify outcomes priorities, strategies, actions and performance measures. STEP 4: FINALIZE STRATEGIC PLAN, APRIL -JUN ’22 - final review sessions, brand plan, final report.
